It is important for us to protect your personal information occasioned by your visit on our site when it is registered, processed and used. 1.   Collection and Processing of Personal Information

Every use of our site and each download of a file contained therein will be protocoled. The saving serves for internal, system-related and statistical purposes. The protocol contains: name of the file, date and time of the download, data volume, report of successful download, web browser and downloading domain. In addition, the IP address of the downloading computer is protocoled. Further personal information is only registered if you enter this information voluntarily, e.g. in the framework of an inquiry or a registration.

2.   Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Google“. Google Analytics employs so-called “cookies“, text files that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there.

We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymization feature on our website. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from member states of the European Union or signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google serve in the US and be abbreviated there.

Google will use this information on our account to evaluate your usage of our site, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with other data held by Google.

Your personal information will only be handed down to third parties if this should be required for the processing (e.g. transmittal to a shipping company) or if you have explicitly consented to it beforehand. It is your right to cancel a consent at any time, taking effect for the future. The personal information collected by us will be deleted if you cancel your consent, if it is no longer necessary to keep it for the fulfilment of the original purpose (max. 6 months after the ultimate settlement of the question or request), or if the keeping of the records is barred by other legal obligations.

If you are of the opinion that your personal data are processed illegally, you can use your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, the “Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)”.
