Human Resources

The human resources department is organised as a competence-centre and is responsible for creating the staff-related conditions for the company to achieve aims such as cost-effectiveness, social aims as well as competitiveness. We regard this function as an indispensable requirement for a successful corporate activity, as the importance of the staff as a factor of long-term success is increasing. The basis is a personnel planning in accordance with the management to guarantee the optimal application of internal and external selection tools.

We promote the staff motivation by numerous internal institutions as well as by social care. The availability of junior staff is ensured by adequate apprenticeships. The human resources department also supports the management in developing and realising appropriate qualifying programs for their staff. In addition the human resources department advises and helps the staff in case of self-responsible studies.
